Director – Housing Project Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end Housing project construction activities. • Housing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. • Implement risk management, cost control, and progress monitoring systems. • Drive sustainability, compliance, and health & safety standards. • Provide strategic leadership to the project management team. • Prepare progress reports and present to senior leadership / board.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 10–15 years of overall experience in interior design, construction Management, Project Management
and sales and marketing.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
