Key Responsibilities • Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and administration • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes • Support scheduling, timeline tracking, and progress monitoring • Assist with procurement coordination and follow-ups with suppliers and consultants • Help manage site communication and project correspondence • Maintain databases, records, drawings, and approvals • Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities • Lead, plan, and manage Housing project. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities • Prepare project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and risk assessments • Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards • procurement, resource planning, and cost control • Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure smooth project execution • Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget

Director – Housing Project Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end Housing project construction activities. • Housing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. • Implement risk management, cost control, and progress monitoring systems. • Drive sustainability, compliance, and health & safety standards. • Provide strategic leadership to the project management team. • Prepare progress reports and present to senior leadership / board.
