Key Responsibilities • Lead, plan, and manage Housing project. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities • Prepare project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and risk assessments • Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards • procurement, resource planning, and cost control • Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure smooth project execution • Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget

Qualifications & Experience
• NDT, Construction Management, or related field And Sales And Marketing
• Minimum 5–8 years’ overall experience in Housing construction field
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
